The dismantling and demolition of a board production line to allow the restructuring of the site and its Manufacturing operations.
Actions taken:
Clearance of site debris. Decontamination of plant. Re-routing of electrical distribution system, maintaining continuity in both production and the site re-development project. Dismantling of conveyor system. Dismantling and transportation to storage of plant reserved by the Client. Demolition of non- saleable plant. Demolition of mezzanine floor and non- structural walls. Breaking out, levelling and concreting of floor to ensure suitability for future use.
